ORDER & SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped? 

​

SCIENTIFIC & INDUSTRIAL INSTRUMENTATION PTE LTD does not ship orders on the same day they are placed. Orders are processed on the next business day after payment is received. Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery to your designated address will take approximately 4–5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

 

What is the exchange policy and processes? 

​

All goods sold are non-refundable. 

​

Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) working days from the date the goods are delivered. You may exchange your order (or items) for the following reasons: 

​

  • The product does not match the description on the website 

  • You received the wrong item 

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival 

​

General requirements for exchange: 

​

  • Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) 

  • Goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging with all original accessories (manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity) and any free gifts 

  • External packaging sleeves showing the product color must remain intact 

  • The product must not have been used, installed, or had any data input

Under what conditions is/are the product non-exchangeable: 

  • In the interest of hygiene and customer experience, products cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. 

 

Limited Local Warranty for Product

THIS LIMITED LOCAL WARRANTY ("this warranty") DOES NOT COVER MINOR IMPERFECTIONS IN PRODUCTS THAT MEET DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER FUNCTIONALITY. WE MAKE NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEES, PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES, RISK FREE GUARANTEES, ERROR FREE GUARANTEES. ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, USE OR MERCHANT-ABILITY. WHETHER BY STATUE, COMMON LAW OR OTHERWISE ARE EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAWS. 

 

SCIENTIFIC & INDUSTRIAL INSTRUMENTATION PTE LTD warrants that products will be free from defects in material and major workmanship for the applicable warranty period stated under “What’s your warranty policy?” from the date of purchase. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase, as the product serial number will be validated for warranty coverage. The serial number can be found inside the outer packaging sleeve. 

All warranties hereunder are conditioned upon proper use of the Products in the application for which they are intended, and no warranty shall apply to:

  1. Any product modification, installation, service, or repair performed by any party other than SCIENTIFIC & INDUSTRIAL INSTRUMENTATION PTE LTD.

  2. Product damage caused by accident, neglect, or any cause other than ordinary use. 

  3. In any event that the Products warranty expires, a diagnosis or administrative service charge will apply. 

 

How do I track the delivery status of my order? 

​

Orders will be processed for shipment on the following business day once payment is received. Once you placed and paid for your order, your ordered merchandise will be delivered to your designated delivery address in 4-5 days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

 

To ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders, we kindly ask you to provide your full delivery address, including any unit numbers or special instructions, during the checkout process. In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and redelivery is required, please note that a redelivery charge may apply accordingly. Additionally, if no one is present at the address on the first attempt of delivery, redelivery may be necessary and may also incur a charge. We strive to minimize any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation in providing accurate delivery information. 

 

What's your warranty policy?

SCIENTIFIC & INDUSTRIAL INSTRUMENTATION PTE LTD warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material according to products.

Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. The product serial number will be used to validate warranty coverage and can be found inside the outer packaging sleeve.

What to do if my items are damaged or missing from the package?  

​

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or includes incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement within 30 days from your order date.
