Rental Terms & Conditions

1. EQUIPMENT CONDITION

  • You acknowledge receiving the air purifier from us is in a good and perfectly working condition.

  • Before rental, we check each filter life spam and test the air purifier. We guarantee that the filter and the air purifier work normally. We also check on the control panel of the air purifier to ensure that the buttons are fully functional.

  • We do not provide any insurance during the rental of our air purifier. Do take note that you are fully accountable for any loss or damage to the rented air purifier.

2. USE OF EQUIPMENT

  • You shall use the air purifier in a careful and proper manner.

  • You will keep and maintain the air purifier clean and in good working condition during the Rental Period.

  • You shall not in any way repair or alter the air purifier. For any problem with the air purifier during rental period, please contact us immediately, we will get back to your as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to repair the air purifier yourself.

3. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

  • You agree to return the air purifier to us in good condition.

  • We must be notified and agree to any extension of the period of rent, in advance of the Return Date. If you fail to return the air purifier to us by the Return Date, there will be a penalties charge.

  • You will be responsible for the air purifier until We make Our final inspection.

4. CHARGES

  • You agree to pay on demand all of the following charges to until return by us:

    • The full cost of repair of any damage to the air purifier, if the damage is deemed by Us to be caused by You and Your actions. The final repair cost will be charged based on the cost advised by our representative. 

    • If the air purifier is cannot be repair or being in a non-rentable state, FULL AMOUNT will be charged according to the official price stated on our website.​

    • Additional transportation fee will be borne by you, if the air purifier is damaged and required to return to us for repair.

5. DELIVERY

  • You agree that you will be contactable and present during the delivery time frame to deliver the air purifier to you and have your signature.

  • We will require you to provide a contact number that we can reach you on the day of the delivery, in case we need to clarify your location or inform you of any possible delays.

  • We will advise the delivery frame upon confirmation of your rental booking. If you are not present during the delivery time frame, we will consider this a "No-Show", no refund will be allowed. Any subsequent re-delivery arrangement will be charge for an additional transportation fee.

6. MONTHLY RENTAL FEE PAYMENT

  • Rental fee for one unit of Healthpro250 is S$300 per month, the minimum rental period will be three months.

  • COLLECT MINIMUM THREE MONTHS RENTAL FEE BEFORE DELIVERY?

  • HOW ARE WE GOING TO COLLECT THE MONTHLY RENTAL FEE AFTER THREE MONTH, PAYMENT METHOD?

  • If you decided to terminate the agreement during the Minimum Rental Period, the rental fee is not refundable.
